Do you have a vehicle you’d like to put to good use? Donating your car, truck, or SUV to the Humane Society of Lincoln County is a wonderful way to support homeless pets in our community.
Donation Requirements:
Vehicle must be in running condition.
Title must be signed over to the Humane Society.
Donor is responsible for delivering the vehicle to the shelter (pick-up may be arranged in certain cases).
How the Process Works:
1. Contact Us – Call or email us to let us know about the vehicle you’d like to donate.
2. Provide Vehicle Details – We’ll need the make, model, year, mileage, and condition.
3. Arrange Drop-Off – Once approved, bring your vehicle to our shelter or resale shop.
4. Transfer Ownership – Sign over the title and complete a simple donation form.
5. Receive Tax Deduction – We’ll provide a receipt for your charitable contribution.

  3. We handle the sale of the donated vehicle.
  4. You receive a receipt that may qualify you for a tax deduction.
