We are so grateful for your donations. Your generosity goes a long way in keeping our animals, facilities and staff happy and healthy. Please consider if your clothing, shoes, towels, accessories or anything else you may be donating is of good quality. We do NOT accept items that are damaged or noticeably soiled. While we do accept most items that we clean, sort, price and sell there is a small list of items we are unable to accept. These items include:
• Old appliances
• Box TVs
• VHS or VHS tapes
• Water damaged furniture, broken furniture
• Stained or torn mattresses
• Stained bed pillows
• Metal filing cabinets
• Old dishwashers
• Yard/garage sale items
• Rusted items
• Dated clothing or items unless antique
• Encyclopedias, technical books, textbooks and software
• Unframed mirrors
Donations are accepted during business hours or when we have staff in the shop.
When accepting donations our staff will ask each donor if a Donation Receipt is needed. The donor will receive the Donation Receipt after staff signs slip.
Any large useful items you may want to donate can be picked up from our staff. Please call (575) 808-8540 to make an appointment.
